Part of our triage service is our Non-Urgent Online Service
What this service is:
Designed for those patients over the age of 5 with a non- urgent enquiry. We will aim to get back to you within 2 working days.
What this service is not:
- An additional prescription line
- An advice and guidance line
- To request test results
- A way to request a home visit
The form is not to be used the following:
- Chest Pain
- Stroke/TIA symptoms
- Worsening Mental Health
- Breathing Difficulties
- Non blanching rash (does not disappear when glass is rolled over)
- Anything urgent needing advice the same day
Please note that submitted forms will only be processed during the hours of 8am-until capacity is reached Monday to Friday. Forms submitted outside of these times will not be processed, this includes weekends and bank holidays.
