To improve access for our patients, we may ask you a few questions when you contact us. This helps us direct you to the right person for your care.
Part of our triage service is our Non-Urgent Online Service.
What this service is:
This service is for patients over the age of 5 with non-urgent inquiries. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
What this service is not:
- An additional prescription line
- An advice and guidance line
- To request test results
- A way to request a home visit
Do not use the form for:
- Chest pain
- Stroke/TIA symptoms
- Worsening mental health
- Breathing difficulties
- Non-blanching rash (does not disappear when a glass is rolled over)
- Anything urgent needing same-day advice
Submitted forms will only be processed between 8 am and capacity reached, Monday to Friday. Forms sent outside these hours, including weekends and bank holidays, will not be processed.
For medical advice outside these hours, please contact 111 or 999 for emergencies.
